There are no fans in standard supply of chassis. And 2 holes for 60x60mm fans in the front panel are covered by fan guards. But in some cases (for example, CPU and chipset have passive cooling system) it is better to install additional 1 or 2 fans (look at the photo and drawing above). If you need it, order fans together with chassis.

Also you can fasten additional fan on the outside of the right panel, to blow out the warm air near the CPU. The panel is perforated to pass through the air and fasten the fan.
